Was pleasantly shocked by this ramen joint. I arrived in with hesitation mainly because their insta is stuffed with wypipo but boy was I so Erroneous! Their broth and noodles were incredible! Totally pulled off All those locally sourced ingredients & sent a delectable bowl of ramen that felt healthier and also tasted like it could clog your arterie
